
Nutrition
This category is designed to teach students about nutrition, food groups, calories, and healthy eating. Participants will also learn how to read Nutrition Facts labels, the difference between portion size and serving size, and other knowledge that will help them maintain a healthy diet.
*A product license is for 1 Year Per School.
Each program is $85 per year, per school.

Participants will learn key concepts of nutrition and exercise with the goal of recognizing that healthy habits are essential to maintaining a healthy body.

In this course, participants will learn facts about nutrition and the importance of eating from a variety of foods in moderation each day.

In this course, participants will learn how their food choices are being influenced through avenues such the media.
